  I do hereby AGREE to deliver said livestock according to the terms and conditions set forth above. I also warrant that cattle are free of all liens
and encumbrances. I agree to pay 2% commission up to $100,000.00 gross sales, 1.5% commission for gross sales in excess of $100,000.00 OR $6.00 PER HEAD minimum charge on all sales, whichever is greater. I agree to pay all weighing, brand inspection and health charges.
 NO SALE CHARGES: $3.00 per head on stocker/feeder cattle..
  The buyer has the right of refusal if average weight of cattle is 60# or more over the base weight at delivery. Contract will then become null and void.
